Garlic Hempseed dressing

Ingredients

1 cup hempseeds

1/2 cup filtered water

1/2 lemon juiced

1/2 tsp sea salt

1 tsp garlic powder or garlic granules

1 tsp raw honey

Method

Add all ingredients to high speed blender and blend until fully smooth.

Can add as salad dressing, as a dip for homemade chips or poured over steamed veggies for a delicious lunch or dinner.

This can be stored in the fridge in an airtight container for up to 3 days (if it lasts that long).

Hempseeds are an excellent source of omegas 3s and help fortify the heart and brain. A great addition to your healing regenerative diet.

Also makes salads really indulgent tasting. Reminds me of garlic mayonnaise and is so delicious with homemade chips or with raw carrot sticks, cucumber slices, drizzled inside a wrap made with nori wraps or red lentil tortillas.
