Garlic Hempseed dressing

Ingredients

1 cup unshelled hempseeds

1/2 cup filtered water

1/2 lemon juiced

1/2 tsp sea salt

1 tsp garlic powder or garlic granules

1 tsp raw honey

Method

Add all ingredients to high speed blender and blend until fully smooth.

Can add as salad dressing, as a dip for homemade chips or poured over steamed veggies for a delicious lunch or dinner.

This can be stored in the fridge in an airtight container for up to 3 days.

Also makes salads really indulgent.

Reminds me of garlic mayonnaise and is so delicious for a dip for homemade chips or with raw carrot sticks, cucumber slices, drizzled inside a wrap made with nori wraps or red lentil tortillas.
