In this week’s episode of the Aisling and Richie Podcast I share a recent interview I did on Reclaim and Master Your Energy Summit. I was interviewed by the host Willemijn Maas on my healing journey and what I’ve learned along the way.

I started out on my healing journey at 23 years old. After experiencing burn out which led to a diagnosis of depression and anxiety I was on antidepressant medication from 19 - 23 years old. During this time I was completely shut down to my own ability to heal but it was a necessary part of my journey which was the catalyst for my path as a Holistic Nutrition Coach and now writer of my first book Moving From Fear to Trust.

Often the most traumatic experiences led you to the greatest transformation. It’s only when things get unbearable do you find the strength to move beyond your current reality. Like a caterpillar leaving its cocoon.

In this interview Willemijn asks me key questions about the life changing events over the past decade that have shaped who I am, including how I got involved in activism with The Girl Against Fluoride campaign.

After hitting a wall fighting against the system in 2014, I was led to take an inward journey which opened me up to my power, strength and courage to accept where I am and to focus all of my energy on creating my vision one step at a time.

The ultimate test came when my Mum got suddenly unwell last February and ended up in an medically induced coma for 12 weeks, eventually passing away on the 10th May. The test was to face my biggest fear and to move from fear to trust by focusing on the highest outcome unfolding.

After many months of practicing moving from fear to trust, I was given the message I needed to hear by Dr Mary Helen Hensley at the Open Minds Conference Ireland last November. After speaking on stage, Mary Helen was the speaker just after me. As she stood on the stage looking down on at me in the audience she shared a message from my Mum that we’d come to the earth to work together and that she’s brought me to the perfect point where it was time for her to exit but she is still working with me from the other side.

I’ve been shown through my biggest initiations that it’s always possible to move from fear to trust. You can heal when you let life support you. Surrender and let go of your attachment to the outcome and free up your energy to heal.

Now I’m excited to guide others through their unique journey of moving from fear to trust and reconnecting with who they really are. It’s an exciting time to be part of the growing moment of women reclaiming their energy and creating a new reality that supports all of life to flourish.

I was so excited to be part of the Reclaim your energy Summit which you can find here: Click this link

The summit was hosted by Willemijn Mass, M.D and Certified Coach of Elemental Life

I’d love to hear from you, let me know what was the number one message you’re taking from this interview? Let me know in the comments below!

What happens at the Spring Equinox

Last week on the 20th March was the Spring Equinox which marked the first day of Spring. As this is a topic close to my heart we decided to record this week’s episode of the Aisling and Richie Podcast to share with you all about the Spring Equinox.

The Spring Equinox is a transformative time in terms of your health and energy.

In the 5 Elements theory from Traditional Chinese Medicine, Spring is in the Wood Element which governs your liver and gallbladder.

This time is the perfect time to support your liver with an abundance of leafy greens (lettuce, spinach, kale, rocket, dandelion leaves and nettle leaves).

Dandelion leaves you can now pick in your garden can be juiced along with celery and cucumber to restore your liver and support your detoxification routes and remineralize your body.

A beautiful self care practice is castor oil packing of your liver to help cleanse your lymphatic system. Castor oil packing is not to be done when you’re pregnant or menstruating.

Edgar Cayce the sleeping prophet called castor oil “the palm of christ” as it emits white light into the cells which creates healing to the area that’s packed.

The Equinox literally means equal night. During the equinox most places on Earth will see approximately 12 hours of daylight and 12 hours of night.

This time of year calls you to clear out on all levels. Physically, emotionally, mentally, financially, spiritually and soulfully.

Cleansing and supporting your liver is the cornerstone of clearing out as your physical body is the entry point to everything else.

I’d love to hear from you, what action are you inspired to take from this episode and what practices are you doing that you’d like to share with us. Share in the comments below!

What a year it has been. In today’s episode of the Aisling and Richie Podcast we discuss our Year in Review practice that we started last year. It’s so helpful to digest the year, see the insights, lessons and patterns you have experienced so you can kick off 2019 with clarity, intention and focus on bringing your vision to life in a way that feels good to you.

We share our biggest lesson, most significant celebration and Number One limiting story we are leaving behind in 2018.

I’d love to invite you to join me in this practice and ask yourself the following questions. Write down your answers in a beautiful notepad you can return to next year.

1) What was the biggest lesson in 2018?

2) What was the most significant celebration in 2018?

3) What is the Number One limiting story you are going to leave behind in 2018?

This week is the run up to the Winter Solstice on Friday 21st December. This is a special time to turn inward and to discover your gems of insights so you can feel nourished and replenished. I recommend creating a ritual to honour this time. You’ll feel so much better and ready to celebrate the return of the light when you face your own depth and darkness.

Let me know how you get on with your Year In Review practice in the comments below.

Happy Winter Solstice and Holidays,

Love

Aisling
