How I can help you

I’m here to help you feel energised so you can live the life you want. You’ve got a big vision but you need to know the best way to nourish yourself so you can feel energised to live your vision in a way that feels good for you.

I’ve always been fascinated by health and when I experienced burn out I was motivated to learn how to heal myself and create a lifestyle that matched my biology. Now I’m passionate about helping you heal your body so you can bring your vision to life.

I understand that change can be overwhelming and challenging as you move from fear to trust.

As an Occupational Therapist I work with you in a partnership to set short term goals that are practical and achievable so that you can get to where you want to go. When you approach change in this relaxed manner you can drop the self judgement and stress and can begin to heal with ease.

My training as a Holistic Nutrition Coach has taught me that the body is designed to heal itself given the right conditions and support. There’s no one size fits as you are unique.

I tailor individualised plans to address the root cause of your health challenges. I focus on building health and wellness, helping you connect with who you really are and the limitless potential within you. I work with you to create the mindset you need to make lasting change. 

I invite you to take a journey to write the story you want of health, happiness and self-empowerment. The special ingredients required for your success include: 

  • Letting go of limiting beliefs and stuck behaviours.

  • Cultivating a positive emotional attitude and mindset- how you think and what you think has the strongest influence on your reality. This is especially true when it comes to your body which needs your love and kindness.

  • Choosing nutrition that is appropriate for your unique body and life stage.

  • Supporting your detox pathways with self care techniques.

  • Reducing toxins in your environment.

  • Establishing firm boundaries to preserve and bank your energy.

  • Balancing rest and exercise that’s suitable for your body type.

  • Take part in activities that inspire, excite and nourish you deeply.

I believe in creating a wellness model. Your symptoms are your messengers and your feelings are your guide.

Most of all I want to empower you to become your own expert giving you a toolkit for life.  

My training in energy therapy has shown me that you’re not just a physical body. You have an emotional, mental, spiritual and soul body that connects you to source.

Whole health requires a balance in all levels of your being. There are times when you feel stuck emotionally from past trauma that prevents you physically healing. 

I use tools in my practice to release emotional blockages from your body. This allows your full expression to shine through.
