1 1/2 cup of firm pitted dates
1/4 cup maple syrup
1/3 cup almond butter or cashew butter
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
Coconut flakes for topping (optional)
Instructions
Add dates, maple syrup, almond butter or cashew butter to a food processor. Blend for about 3 minutes until it forms a ball.
Prepare parchment paper and add the mix to the paper using a wet spatula pressing the mixture down until even.
Cover over with extra parchment paper and roll out with a rolling pin until the mixture is fully even.
Freeze overnight and chop into small bite size squares.
Best served cold and stored in the freezer until you want to enjoy.
