Activism needs to focus not just tearing down what exists but on creating something new. This requires wisdom, responsibility and a focus on being an example to build a legacy for future generations” - Martha Brassil
My Mum was the co-creator of The Girl Against Fluoride campaign wrote this quote before she passed away last year on the 10th May. Her words ring true and continue to live on through me.
Over the past 3 weeks I’ve released the 3 part fluoride series. The 1st blog was on Fluoride, what’s the problem and does it impact my health you can read here: Click link The 2nd blog was on How to protect yourself from fluoride you can read here: Click link
After reading this series you’re clear that fluoride doesn’t belong in our water supply and ways you can reduce your exposure and detox.
Today I want to talk to you about how you can be the change and co-create a healthy future.
Firstly I’d like to give you the back story of how I’ve come to this new approach of creating change.
Back in 2014, my Mum and I had hit a wall with The Girl Against Fluoride campaign. As we were driving to Whelan’s venue where we were hosting our biggest fluoride awareness event we both burst into tears and realised we couldn’t keep doing what we were doing. Fighting against the system took its toll on all levels and it wasn’t flowing the way it was when we started in 2011.
The Universe showed another way
I wasn’t giving up and I knew there was another way. The way was in. I began an inward journey of self discovery and was led to train in metaphysics and study how the Universe works.
I learned some key lessons that I’d like to share with you so we can all co-create the new reality that we want.
What you focus on grows.
Initially you find out about the problem with fluoride and if you keep focusing on the problem it stays in place. The problem is the entry point to the solution.
Shifting your focus on creating the new requires wisdom, responsibility and to lead by example. The wisdom to know where is the best use of your time and energy and the responsibility to do what you can to reduce fluoride in your life.
Leading by example requires you to be brave to go against the grain and to possibly upset others as you highlight an issue with water that’s tied into their sense of safety. To be a leader, you need to validate and accept yourself and not look for it from others.
It takes people time to change and grow. You have to go first so you can give others the opportunity when they’re ready.
When you become fully aware of the fluoride issue you dissolve your old self and allow your new self to be born. This is why when people are not ready they’ll resist hearing it or taking any action to avoid ingesting fluoride.
Be a light house
The only thing you can change is yourself. As you embody a healthy lifestyle of clean real foods, pure water and share with others not from a place of trying to force it upon them but from passion and joy, you plant seeds everywhere you go. It’s not your job to save everyone but it is your job to be a light house so you can inspire others in their own time.
This can be more challenging than focusing on changing others.
When you get still and connect fully with yourself in this present moment, all of you stuff from the past comes up to be healed and cleared.
This is why over the past 9 years I’ve been on a healing journey and continue to do so as I intend to be a light house and impact people all over the world with my message.
When you physically clear out of your body using pure water, vegetable juices, plant based foods and supplements you open the space for your emotions to be cleared. When your body and emotions are cleared and flowing you can fully embody your spirit and soul. This journey asks you to step up to be your greatest self and this is the best contribution you can make to the world.
We’re all interconnected. As you change and embody your greatest self you’re building a legacy for future generations to follow.
I invite you to write a letter to your greatest self and what you’re becoming. Make a commitment to what you write by signing and dating it and placing it on a wall where you can read it daily.
Set your intention of what you desire
Most of the time you’re living in an automatic state and the majority of your behaviours are programmed from childhood and cultural conditioning.
To be a co-creator you need to get really clear on setting your intentions and living from this place.
Once you’ve set your intention, release your attachment to the outcome of how or when it will manifest and trust that the Universe is supporting you.
Live as though your intention is already here.
Focus on the feelings and fullness that comes from having your intentions already in your life. As you hold the feeling you magnetise your intention to show up in a way that’s the best possible outcome.
Surround yourself with others who are on this journey so you can keep your momentum going and reach new heights in your growth and evolution.
This is the reason I set up my membership to provide the container for others to heal, grow, evolve and move from fear to trust together. To join the waitlist click here.
I hope this blog inspires you to get clear on your intentions, focus on what you want, release attachment to the outcome and be the light house to create your legacy.
The world needs you to fully shine.
Now I can’t wait to hear from you. What’s your biggest insight and the action step you’re going to do straight away. Let me know in the comments below.
